Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Dady’O Mezcal
3 oz grapefruit soda
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Ice
Salt + Tajín (for rimming)
Grapefruit slice


Step-by-Step Preparation

1. Run a lime wedge along the rim of the glass to moisten it.

2. Combine salt and Tajín on a plate.

3. Rim the glass with the mixture.

4. Fill the glass with ice.

5. Add Dady’O Mezcal.

6. Add the fresh lime juice.

7. Top with grapefruit soda.

8. Stir gently to combine.

9. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
