Cucumber Glow
Ingredients
2 oz Dady’O Mezcal
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz natural or agave syrup
4–6 cucumber slices
Ice
Salt or tajín for rimming (optional)
Cucumber slice for garnish
Step-by-Step Preparation
1. Muddle the cucumber slices in a shaker until their juice is released.
2. Add the Dady’O Mezcal, fresh lime juice, and syrup.
3. Fill the shaker with ice.
4. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
5. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
6. Rim the glass with salt or tajín if desired.
7. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
How to Serve
Serve well chilled, over ice, in a short glass to highlight its refreshing character and crisp finish.
